My flagship group offering is called Living True. By the end of this six week programme, through a variety of creative means, you will have shaped your own master code, code that guides you to live the life you truly wish to live. This core code can then evolve with you throughout your life.

six one hour ZOOM sessions;
five group sessions (groups no more than eight people)
the final and sixth session is one to one.
the programme evolves with the group; there is no set format but it does begin with visual art.
Do I need to be creative?
Do I need to be creative?
No, just be open to working beyond words. The art, the creations, are not the point. The process is where the therapeutic value lies. Generally, we share our art online in the group, but if you don't choose to that's OK too. Read more here.

This six week programme is $AUD300. As an introductory offer it is $AUD220.
